Born and raised in Oregon, Neal moved to Nashville, TN in 2014. There he worked as an institutional piano tuner under the guidance of Steve and Rod Kelly of Kelly’s Piano Service. In 2024, he and his family relocated to Florence, AL. He continues his work here, offering piano tuning and repair services to the Shoals and outlying areas.

Neal understands the demands of frequently used instruments and the importance of consistent, professional service. His goal is to provide dependable care that maximizes your piano’s lifespan and ensures it performs at it’s best. He prioritizes clear communication, flexible scheduling, thorough maintenance and practical guidance to address any issues before they affect performance.
